Eric Grubman, Chairman

Eric joined the Super Group board as Chairman following the successful SPAC deal with Sports Entertainment Acquisition Corp. where he was Chairman and CFO. Prior to this role, he served as Chairman of the Board of On Location Experiences, a premium experiential hospitality business from April 2018 to January 2020.

From May 2004 until July 2018, Eric served in various roles with the National Football League (NFL), most recently as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations, where he was involved in numerous significant transactions, including the sales of NFL teams and construction of stadiums and was heavily involved with managing relationships with NFL partners.

Prior to the NFL, he served as Co-President at Constellation Energy Group, an energy company that provides electric power, natural gas, and energy management services, from September 1999 to April 2002. Before his role with Constellation, Eric served in various roles at Goldman Sachs, including as Partner and co-head of the Energy Group.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

His years of executive experience working with professional sports leagues, as well as his investing experience will be a huge asset to Super Group.

Neal Menashe, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Super Group, Neal leads the development and execution of the Group’s strategy and growth. In driving forward the Group, Neal draws upon more than two decades experience in the online gaming industry, which he has helped to shape.

In 2001, Neal co-founded Win Technologies, a leader in online marketing support, CRM and technological solutions which was acquired by the Betway Group in 2011. Over his extended tenure, Neal has fulfilled almost every role across the business, resulting in a deeply embedded understanding of product and customers.

After qualifying as a chartered accountant at Arthur Andersen in 1998, Neal started his journey in the online world and has never looked back.

Richard Hasson, President & Chief Commercial Officer

Richard is a highly experienced leader in the betting and gaming industry who has played a key role in supporting Super Group’s global expansion.

A chartered accountant and corporate financier by background, Richard joined Win Technologies in 2012 after successful periods at KPMG, Goldman Sachs and Prodigy Finance.

Richard’s remit includes corporate development, strategy, commercial, and partnerships in new markets ‒ bringing his industry-leading direction to the Group’s acclaimed online sports betting and gaming brands.

Alinda Van Wyk, Chief Financial Officer

Alinda qualified as an accountant in South Africa. She has more than 20 years’ experience in senior financial positions within the online gaming industry. She is responsible for the financial affairs and stewardship of Super Group, including its reporting and structured financial systems that enable the company to seamlessly integrate all its business activities.

Working closely with the business at all levels, Alinda plays a crucial role in advising on the Group’s strategic direction and ensures the company’s finances are fully aligned with its wider commercial activities.

John Le Poidevin, Director & Audit Committee Chair

John was appointed to the Board in November 2020. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a former audit partner at BDO LLP in London.

As Head of Consumer Markets there, he developed an extensive breadth of experience and knowledge across the online gaming, leisure and retail sectors in the UK, European and global markets.

He has served as Audit Committee Chair across a range of different businesses and brings a wealth of relevant experience both to the sector in which the Group operates and in terms of corporate governance, audit, risk management and financial reporting.

Robert Dutnall, Director

Bob has been a senior adviser to the Betway Board of Directors and senior management since 2012, playing a key role in developing its sports betting business and establishing the group's Marketing and Trading operations in Guernsey.

He brings extensive gaming sector experience having spent seven years with Sportingbet, including five years as Managing Director of its European business.

A certified accountant, earlier in his career Bob held senior finance and general management positions in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Jonathan Jossel, Director

Jonathan joined the board of Super Group in May 2022. Born in South Africa and raised in London, England, he moved to Las Vegas in 2007 to oversee the development of Tamares Real Estate's Las Vegas properties. With diverse real estate holdings in downtown Las Vegas, the crown jewel of Tamares’ portfolio is the Plaza Hotel & Casino. Jonathan was part of the team behind the Plaza’s first major renovation project in 2010/2011.

Jonathan took over as the CEO of the Plaza in 2014, becoming one of the youngest non-restricted gaming licensees in Las Vegas. As CEO he committed himself to rebuilding the Plaza’s brand that combines contemporary styling, modern gaming, improved guest amenities, and personal customer service for the ultimate, classic Vegas experience. Under his leadership, casino operations were revamped to be more competitive and favorable to players. He brought rodeo back to downtown Las Vegas with the opening of the Core Arena, downtown’s first and only outdoor equestrian center and multipurpose facility that can also host large-scale sporting events and entertainment attractions.

As a result of Jonathan’s leadership, the Plaza continues to experience tremendous growth and great success – often outpacing the increases achieved by the downtown market. He has successfully injected a renewed spirit and energy into a historic property that continues to evolve and improve while maintaining its place as an iconic destination in downtown Las Vegas.

Jonathan earned a Business Commerce degree from the University of Birmingham. As a business leader in and resident of downtown Las Vegas, he also takes an active role in supporting the community’s ongoing development and revitalization. He is an active member of the Fremont East Entertainment District board of directors, the Downtown Vegas Alliance and the Nevada Resort Association. He resides in downtown Las Vegas with his wife and three young children.

Jonathan’s near decade of experience in the gaming industry coupled with his insight into customer focus will be extremely valuable to Super Group’s brands and products.

Natara Holloway Branch, Director

Natara joined the Super Group board following the successful SPAC deal with Sports Entertainment Acquisition Corp, where she was chair of the Audit Committee for the Board of Directors.

She joins the board after having served in various roles for the National Football League for over 18 years. In her most recent position, Natara was the Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy for Football Operations where she oversaw football strategy and administration, football innovation, and football pipeline development. Prior to Football Operations, she served as Vice President of Youth and High School Football Strategy, Vice President of Brand, Marketing and Retail Development for Consumer Products, and Vice President of Corporate Development – New Business.

Before her role at the NFL, she worked in the Controller’s department at Exxon Mobil Corporation from 1998 to 2004. While in accounting roles she earned and maintained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Natara graduated from the University of Houston with an accounting degree and currently serves on the board for the University of Houston Bauer School of Business and has served on the University of Houston‘s Power Athletics Task Force. She also currently serves on the board for bleuacacia ltd (BLEU) as the chair of the Audit Committee.

Natara’s near two decades of sporting and business experience will be a huge asset to the Super Group Board.
